    How many times have you experienced or seen another experience the lovely elbow miss on a bag? Initially, I thought it was caused by being too far away or by not striking forward. Now I will also look at the stance to see if it’s too wide to utilize all the tools (hands, feet, elbows, and better weight transfer). Thank you Chief Kirk.
