Mark Sisson’s new book, Keto for Life, includes a host of new information about ketogenic eating, longevity, and what Sisson calls, “The four Pillars” of Keto for Life – Metabolic Flexibility, Movement (and physical fitness), Mental Flexibility, and Rest & Recovery.

In my view, Sisson has done excellent research and brought us a perspective informed not only by his own experience but also with emergent, stunning information about life and longevity. I’m pounding the table with both fists on this one…Keto for Life is required reading!
