There’s been some confusion lately in some of my classes about the movements that produce what I call a “crow hop.”
The movement, named after the throwing motion outfielders make to throw a baseball a long distance, only remotely mirrors its namesake. More specifically, the crow hop is a series of movements that creates new angles in punching or subduing a target. In the video below, I quickly review the movements that I’ve found through repetition to be most productive. Check it out!
