Engaging You Arms To Your Core And Rooting To The Floor Will Dramatically Increase Your Power.

If you’re looking to increase your power and potency in your Krav Maga practice, you must adhere to this simple rule – Arms, Core, Floor.

In short, when you punch, grab to control position, and/or grab a weapon, the power you generate can be linked back to how you utilize your arms, core and the floor for maximum power. Obviously, your arms and hands are the implements you use to connect to your objective, but for you to optimize your control and power, you need to connect your body to the weapon through your arms (that is, engage your core), and you need to gain power from the floor as a foundation from which to operate.

Keep this in mind as you move through your defenses, and experiment with this concept to until you find the right balance.
