“If Krav Maga Houston programming was a pill, it would be the most prescribed pill on the planet…because we combine so many things that are good for people physically, mentally, emotionally and even with their spirit.” – Chief Kirk

This year, Krav Maga Houston celebrates 20 years of excellence. Excellence in self-defense instruction, excellence in community, and excellence as a platform for personal reclamation’s. Recently, I’ve had many students share with me their personal experiences and stories about how training at this school has been a catalyst for incredible transformation – whether it be an increased level of fitness and confidence in their physical abilities, or conquering a mental or emotional obstacle, the impact is overwhelming. I have experienced my own reclamation throughout my training at Krav Maga Houston, however, it still amazes me to hear how a single place can change the lives of so many people.

I’ve tried my best to capture what exactly that means in the following video, but the truth is, it only encapsulates a small part of the reality that comes with training at Krav Maga Houston. Students of Krav Maga, and more specifically, students of Krav Maga Houston understand that the depth of training goes far beyond learning self-defense and permeates every facet of life in the best ways possible.

Only wish I had been here since day one – Krav Maga & CJ has made me a better husband, a better father, a better friend, a better person.

Thanks for all you have done for me – not just the self-defense which is the best in the world, but teaching me how to transform my training and apply it to all facets of my life.

Krav Maga Houston gives us a place to constantly reclaim our life and grow as a human being.

It also provides the best instructor corps on the planet, and CJ was correct when in the video he said the difference is that they care, and they truly do.

Lastly, Krav-Maga has provided me so many incredible friendships, real friends, the kind you can count on to respond to that 0300 call.

Krav is a second family, it is an honor and a blessing to have been a small part of it.

Can’t wait for the next twenty years!
