This year, Krav Maga Houston celebrates 20 years of excellence. Excellence in self-defense instruction, excellence in community, and excellence as a platform for personal reclamation’s. Recently, I’ve had many students share with me their personal experiences and stories about how training at this school has been a catalyst for incredible transformation – whether it be an increased level of fitness and confidence in their physical abilities, or conquering a mental or emotional obstacle, the impact is overwhelming. I have experienced my own reclamation throughout my training at Krav Maga Houston, however, it still amazes me to hear how a single place can change the lives of so many people.
I’ve tried my best to capture what exactly that means in the following video, but the truth is, it only encapsulates a small part of the reality that comes with training at Krav Maga Houston. Students of Krav Maga, and more specifically, students of Krav Maga Houston understand that the depth of training goes far beyond learning self-defense and permeates every facet of life in the best ways possible.
