In the book Never Quit, author and Pararescue Jumper Jimmy Settle recounts his youth and his family history in Alaska that ultimately calls him to the USAF where he details his time in INDOC and PIPELINE training in his attempt to earn the maroon beret of the tier one operators called PJs.
This book is an easy read, written to inspire young people, and thoroughly enjoyable with plenty of “never quit” experiences and examples for all. Written for middle school kids, anyone can and should pick up and read, Never Quit.
