Last week I wrote about a similar context, but this week I’m expanding the subject matter.

This week, I want to focus on 1) familiar positions and 2) patterns in training. Where you can, find patterns that are effective and repeatable, and as you identify those patterns, train those complex motor skills with the intent to create some level of muscle memory. In this, you can also work towards and/or be inspired by familiar positions during stress that can trigger the patterns you’ve been training.
