If you’ve heard the rumor that Chief Kirk is writing a book that details lessons learned from over 20 years of Krav Maga training, teaching, coaching, observing, and experimenting in his own life – you’ve heard correctly!

Maybe the coolest thing about this project is the co-development of a companion website that supports readers with daily practices, contemplation exercises, and formats that support personal growth across the myriad of topics covered in the book. That’s powerful!

What is even more exciting is…we, the readers of Kravology have the opportunity to vote on the title of the book. Below are four potential titles – vote for your favorite title by scrolling down the page and using the feedback form.

Ten winners will receive a signed 20th Year Anniversary T-shirt.

Help us name this book. Hint: The book is about forming and living out a personal ETHOS to ensure readers live with courage, authenticity, and a warrior’s heart. Wow…I’m in!

Title #1:
ETHOS: Powerful Personal Leadership

Title #2:
ETHOS: Join the Conquer Culture

Title #3:
CONQUER CULTURE: How Winners & Warriors Leverage ETHOS to Lead and Succeed

Title #4:

Title 3 because it contains elements of ethos, warrior, and winner.

Title#3 grabs my attention. It makes me feel that this book will help me to be a better leader and become more successful. It gives off a “take charge” vibe.

  4. Pam Daft

Title #4 because I like how the title uses the word “converge” to illustrate it’s not just one function but many different practices that makes a warrior and “leadership” to show others how to continue their walk in life.

  5. Matt Roberts

    #3

  6. Clint

Title #3 has the best flow, and gives a synopsis of the books theme that I believe will help peak the interest of someone interested in the book, but doesn’t already have knowledge of the book’s message.

  7. Angelica

Title #1… I think this describes all of the apsects of ETHOS as being something personal for each individual.

  8. Angelica Carmona

    Title #1

  9. Cary M Cox

    Title # 3

  10. Becky Madison Kier

Definitely Title #4, and here’s why. As a long time marketing expert, Title #4 contains 3 excellent keywords (“Ethos”, “Leadership”, “Success”) that will be great for the book’s SEO and can help boost its findability on Amazon (or whatever channels you’d like to promote the book).

  11. Taylor

    Title 3, hands down.

  12. Dessire

    Title #4.

  13. Juliet

Title 3. I think this one will stand out from other texts on leadership and ethos.

  14. Tony

The following from Highest to Lowest

    1) Title # 3 ( possibly add “Leaders”, before winners, and warriors”
    2) Title #4
    3) Title #1 ( Possibly Ethos: The way to powerful personal leadership) The way part comes from Lao Tzu
    4) Title #2 ( Could live without)

    Hope this helps my friends.

      Agreed Title#1

  19. Barrett

Title one – it is likely to have the wider reach. Google “Conquer Culture” and think about how that phrase would be managed within the existing data that is coming up.

  20. Lety Williamson

    ETHOS: Powerful Personal Leadership

  21. Curtis

    Title #1

  22. Paul D

Title #3 gives a glimpse of what the book is about, and the target audience it addresses.

  23. Ammar Nomani

    Title 4

  24. Kailtyn

    Title #4
I chose title #4 because main title is provocative and the subtitle is articulate.

  29. Ilgar Taghiyev

    Title # 4

  30. Cole Chavey

    Title 1. Short and efficient.

  31. Ted Wurfel

I think Title 3 works best because:

1 and 2 start with ETHOS, and unfortunately, I don’t think most people know what ETHOS means, and Title 3 discusses “Conquering Culture” which is probably appealing to many people, and the words “Winners and Warriors” and who doesn’t want to be a Winner or Warrior?
