At times, while training overhead knife attack defenses, students become entangled at the point of defense – leaving the knife hooked around the defending wrist.

Hi Chief , I haven’t tried the wrist grab yet , we use the 90 degree accept we continue to move in to the attacker and wrap over their elbow with our arm to lock it up tight to our body and then gain the side clinch . Your thoughts please . Keith
